When will Construction Begin?
Construction is estimated to begin in the fall/winter of 2024.
When will the first round of homes be delivered?
Spring of 2025 is the estimated delivery date for the homes in Phase I.
Will I need to have a Buyer Agent?
Having a Buyer Agent is helpful but not required. Our Sales Representative are licensed to sell real estate in the Commonwealth of Virginia and can assist you as an Unrepresented Party.
Will the Builder pay my Buyer Agent’s compensation?
Offers of compensation may vary from builder to builder and should be confirmed with the builder or builder’s agent prior to writing a contract.
When will I be able to write a contract on a home?
Contracts will be written on a first come first serve basis in the fall/winter of 2024. All VIP registrants will be notified once we are ready to begin home sales. Highland Grove builders offer homes for sale on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible homebuyers. Each builder reserves the right to select homebuyers who have demonstrated a readiness to close quickly based on demonstrated progress towards financing and funding qualifications. Additionally, each builder reserves the right to decline or disregard purchase offers from prospective homebuyers who are unable to present satisfactory documentation evidencing commitments for any funding assistance necessary for their loan qualification.
Is Highland Grove restricted to first time homebuyers?
No. Highland Grove will consist of 125 home of which only 60 home are reserved for first time homebuyers.
Does Highland Grove have income restrictions?
Homes that are restricted to first time homebuyers may have associated income restrictions and additional qualifications.
Can investors purchase a home in Highland Grove?
Highland Grove is reserved for owner occupant buyers.
Are there any concessions, assistance, or incentives offered by the builders?
Concessions, assistance, and/or incentives may vary from builder to builder and should be verified prior to writing a contract. Highland Grove builders encourage prospective homebuyers to pursue funding assistance programs if need, but makes no guarantee about the availability of such assistance. Funding assistance programs include homebuyer eligibility requirements based on income, need, and other factors unique to each program. Funding assistance programs may be administered by third parties and outside the control or influence of the builder. Homebuyer funding assistance awards are determined by each individual homebuyer application and are not the same for every homebuyer.
